Returns
We welcome all return/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 90 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 90 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.
All Lifelike Pillows products are 100% made-to-order which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order. Custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange at anytime
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for international duties and taxes.

What a GREAT pillow!! I wish I could put another picture of the real Scooby because it's identical. It helps to have a really clear good picture but the pillow came out wonderful. My kitty of 17 years recently passed away due to terminal cancer. He was my best friend, very dog-like, and went to work with me every day. I had taken a picture of him in the work chair next to me shortly before he passed away, after he passed I came across the advertisement for Life Like Pillows on Facebook, and knew I had to have one!
I sent them the picture of my boy in his work chair, and I am extremely happy with the pillow they made! I keep my pillow in the chair that my boy was usually in, and look at it several times throughout my work day.
